What is the Reputation Metrics Dashboard?
The Reputation Metrics Dashboard provides a centralized view of your reputation performance. Filters at the top of the dashboard control which data is included in your metrics and trends.
The two primary filters are:
- Date Range — Controls the reporting period.
- Page/Platform — Filters supported metrics by review platform, such as Google, Facebook, or Yelp.
Key Benefits of Dashboard Filters
Filters make it easier to analyze reputation performance without manually comparing reports.
- Focused reporting: View data for a specific timeframe.
- Platform comparison: Compare review performance across supported platforms.
- Trend analysis: Identify changes in reviews, responses, sentiment, and conversions.
- Campaign tracking: Use custom dates to measure performance during a specific campaign.
Date Range Filter
The Date Range filter determines the period used to calculate dashboard metrics.
Available options can include:
- Today
- This Week
- This Month
- Last 3 Months
- Last 6 Months
- All Time
- Custom Range
Changing the date range can update totals, trends, conversion rates, response metrics, QR scans, widget impressions, and other dashboard data.
Page/Platform Filter
The Page/Platform filter narrows supported reputation metrics to a specific review source.
Use it to compare metrics such as:
- Reviews received
- Average ratings
- Response performance
- Unresponded reviews
- Sentiment trends
Note: Platform filtering may not affect channel-based metrics such as review requests sent through Email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
How To Use Reputation Dashboard Filters
Using the filters before reviewing your metrics helps ensure you are comparing the correct data.
- Go to Reputation and open the Metrics Dashboard.
- Select the Date Range you want to analyze.
- Select a Page/Platform if you want to narrow the results to a specific review source.
- Review the updated dashboard metrics and trends.
- Use Custom Range when measuring a specific campaign or reporting period.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Why did my dashboard numbers change after changing the date range?
The dashboard recalculates metrics using activity from the newly selected reporting period.
Q: Why am I seeing no data?
There may be no activity during the selected timeframe, or the selected platform may be excluding relevant data. Try expanding the date range or removing the platform filter.
Q: Why is my review request conversion rate missing?
A conversion rate cannot be calculated when no review requests were sent during the selected timeframe.
Q: Does the Page/Platform filter affect every metric?
No. Platform-specific metrics may be filtered, while channel-based metrics such as Email, SMS, or WhatsApp activity may not change.
Need Help?
