How to Adjust Shipping Rates?

If you sell physical products through the CPR Enroll+ Store or as Add-Ons — such as textbooks, pocket masks, or AED training units — you can configure shipping rates that are added to the student's total at checkout. Shipping rates are configured on a per-product basis when creating or editing a shippable item.

Setting a Shipping Rate on an Add-On Product

  1. Go to Administration > Course Builder > Add-Ons.

  2. Click + Create or ⋮ > Edit on an existing add-on.

  3. In the Type field, select Shippable — this reveals the Shipping Price field.

  4. Enter the shipping price in the Shipping Price field (e.g., 5.99 for $5.99 flat-rate shipping).

  5. Click Save. The shipping charge will be added to the student's order total when they purchase this add-on.


Setting a Shipping Rate on a Store Product

  1. Go to Payments > Products > Store Products.

  2. Click + Create or ⋮ > Edit on an existing store product.

  3. In the product form, find the Shipping Price field.

  4. Enter the flat shipping rate for this product.

  5. Click Save.

ℹ  Flat-rate shipping only

CPR Enroll+ currently supports flat-rate shipping per product. Weight-based or carrier-calculated shipping rates are not available. If you offer free shipping above a certain order value, consider configuring this outside the platform (e.g., noting it in the product description) and setting the shipping price to $0.

If your jurisdiction taxes shipping charges, create a shipping tax rate in Payments > Settings > Taxes and apply it to your shippable products.
