How do I Add or Update my Credit Card Details?

You may need to update your credit card details if your card expires, is replaced, or if you want to use a different payment method for your CPR Enroll+ subscription. This article explains how to update the card on file for your platform subscription.

Updating Your Card

From the sidebar, go to Settings > Payment Methods.
Click Update Payment Method or the edit icon next to the existing card.
Enter your new card number, expiration date, CVC, and billing postal code.
Click Save. The new card is immediately set as the active payment method for your subscription.

✔ Update before your renewal date

If your card is expiring, update it before your next billing date to avoid a failed payment and any interruption to your CPR Enroll+ account access.

ℹ Student payment cards

This page only manages the card used to pay for your CPR Enroll+ subscription. Student credit card details are stored and managed by Stripe — you never see or store student card numbers in CPR Enroll+.
