You may need to update your credit card details if your card expires, is replaced, or if you want to use a different payment method for your CPR Enroll+ subscription. This article explains how to update the card on file for your platform subscription.
Before You Begin
- Have your new card number, expiration date, CVC, and billing postal code ready.
- Check your renewal date under Manage Subscription so you can update before your next billing date if needed.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Update Your Card
- From the sidebar, go to Settings > Payment Methods.
- Click Update Payment Method or the edit icon next to the existing card.
- Enter your new card number, expiration date, CVC, and billing postal code.
- Click Save. The new card is immediately set as the active payment method for your subscription.
✔ Update before your renewal date: If your card is expiring, update it before your next billing date to avoid a failed payment and any interruption to your CPR Enroll+ account access.
ℹ Student payment cards: This page only manages the card used to pay for your CPR Enroll+ subscription. Student credit card details are stored and managed by Stripe — you never see or store student card numbers in CPR Enroll+.
Best Practices
- Update your card as soon as you receive a replacement or renewal notice, rather than waiting for a failed payment.
- Double-check your billing postal code matches your card issuer's records to avoid a declined update.
- Confirm the new card is active by checking Settings > Payment Methods after saving.
- Remember this page never touches student card data — that's handled entirely by Stripe.
