Modified on Mon, 11 May at 11:28 AM

Getting started with a new platform is much easier when you have a guide. CPR Enroll+ offers free one-on-one onboarding calls for new account holders. In 30–45 minutes, a member of our team will walk through your specific setup, answer your questions live, and make sure you are ready to take your first enrollment.

What the Onboarding Call Covers

  • Connecting your Stripe account for payment processing

  • Creating your first course and location

  • Scheduling your first class

  • Configuring your public registration page and sharing it with students

  • Answering any questions about your specific training discipline or certification body requirements

  • Quick walkthrough of key reports and compliance tools

How to Book Your Onboarding Call

  1. From your dashboard, go to the Help section or visit the support page at help.cprenroll.com.

  2. Look for the Schedule an Onboarding Call option and click the booking link.

  3. Choose a date and time that works for you from the available slots.

  4. Enter your name and email address to confirm the booking.

  5. You will receive a calendar invitation with a video call link by email.

✔  Come prepared

Have your Stripe account details ready, a list of the courses you plan to offer, and any questions about your specific certification body requirements. The more information you share, the more we can tailor the session to your business.

After the Onboarding Call

After the call, you will receive a follow-up email with links to the knowledge base articles most relevant to your setup, and any action items discussed during the call. You can reach out to support@cprenroll.com at any time if new questions come up as you continue building your account.
