How to Add a Class?

Welcome to an intuitive guide designed to simplify the process of adding a class in CPR EnrollAs you embark on this journey, discover the simplicity and efficiency that defines the CPR Enroll platform. This step-by-step walkthrough ensures a seamless experience, empowering you to effortlessly create and manage classes within the system.


From the Launchpad, click Classes between Dashboard and People.


You will be directed to the following screen



Click 
+ Add Class below the CPR Enroll For Life


A new screen will pop-up:



Here you could write the details of your class.

Course, select from a set of predetermined Course Titles. If your desired Course is not in the list you could also add a new course with the 
+ Add New button. Clicking this button will open a new tab to provide more details on your new course. Click Create in the end if you have provided all the required information in your new course.



Location, select from a set of predetermined Locations. If your desired Location is not in the list you could also add a new location with the 
+ Add New button. Clicking this button will open a new tab to provide more details on your new location. Click Create in the end if you have provided all the required information in your new location.


Client, select from a set of predetermined Clients. If your desired Client is not in the list you could also add a new client with the + Add New button. Clicking this button will open a new tab to provide more details on your new client. Click Create in the end if you have provided all the required information in your new client.



Instructor, select from a set of predetermined Instructors. If your desired Instructor is not in the list you could also add a new instructor with the + Add New button. Clicking this button will open a new tab to provide more details on your new instructor. Click Create in the end if you have provided all the required information in your new location.


Select Instructor Group, choose between your predetermined Instructor Group near the X Button at the upper right corner of this window.


Certificate, select which certificate the student will earn:


Checklist, select which checklist the class will use:


Class Type, select which instructional modality you will use in the class with the following choices:

  • In Person

  • Flexible

  • Online

  • Multi Day

  • Virtual


You see the differences of these class types in the section The Different CPR Class Types


Class Date/Timing(s), enter the date of the class as well as the duration. You could add more schedules by clicking the green Plus Sign at the upper right hand corner of this subfield.


Price, enter the price for your new class.

Total Hours, enter the total hours for your new class.



Max Students, enter the number of maximum students for your new class.



Student/Manikin Ratio (if applicable), select the ratio of students to manikin for your new class. 


Use Keycode Bank, select the keycode that you will use for your new class.


Assistants, select the assistants who will be helping you with the new class.

Listing, enter the days before class start date that the registration will close

Display on My Class Enrollment Page, check this if you want your My Class Enrollment Page to display this new class on your My Class Enrollment Page


Export to AHA Class Connector, check if you want to purchase AHA Class Connector for only $75.00.

Minimum Enrollments To Start Class, enter the minimum number of enrollments to start class.

Class Notes (Public), enter here the Class Notes for the new class. Remember that this will be made public.



Class Notes (Internal), enter here the Class Notes for the new class. Remember that this will only be available to your Internal Team..



Finally, click the 
Create button if you supplied all the necessary information for your new class. Remember to double check all information before finalizing creating a new class.
