How to Integrate ResQEngage & Stripe with CPR Enroll?

This article covers two key integrations for your CPR Enroll+ account: Stripe for payment processing and ResQEngage for marketing automation. Both integrations extend the platform's capabilities significantly — Stripe enables online payments, and ResQEngage allows you to automate follow-up communications and manage your marketing pipeline.


Connecting Stripe

  1. From the Launchpad, at the first card click Connect in Payments

  2. Click Connect with Stripe.

  3. You will be redirected to Stripe's website. Log in to your existing Stripe account or create a new one.

  4. Authorize CPR Enroll+ to access your Stripe account and click Authorize.

  5. You will be redirected back to the CPR Enroll+ dashboard. The Payment Gateway page will show your Stripe account as Connected.


Connecting ResQEngage

  1. From the sidebar, look for the ResQEngage integration option — this may be found in Settings > Integrations. 

  2. Enter your ResQEngage API Key or credentials. These are available in your ResQEngage account settings.

  3. Configure which data to sync — typically student enrollment events, contact creation, and class completion triggers.

  4. Click Save or Connect to activate the integration.

  5. Test the integration by creating a test enrollment and verifying the lead appears in your ResQEngage account.

The exact location of the ResQEngage integration settings may vary based on your CPR Enroll+ account configuration. If you cannot find the ResQEngage option in the locations described above, contact support@cprenroll.com for guidance specific to your account.


Troubleshooting Connection Issues

  • Stripe not connecting: Verify your Stripe account is fully set up and verified (identity verification complete). Unverified Stripe accounts cannot accept live payments.

  • Stripe shows disconnected after setup: Try the connection flow again from Settings > Payment Gateway. If the issue persists, contact support.

  • LeadsWell data not syncing: Confirm your LeadsWell API key is correct and has not expired. Check LeadsWell's activity log for any sync errors.
