Congratulations on completing your CPR training! Your digital certificate is available as soon as your instructor processes your class completion. This guide is for students who need to retrieve their certificate from CPR Enroll+.

ℹ  For instructors and admins

This article is for students. If you are an instructor or administrator looking to manage, view, or re-send certificates, go to Reports > Certificates in your admin dashboard.

Step 1 — Check Your Email

After your class is completed and your instructor records your attendance, CPR Enroll+ sends an automated email to the address you registered with. This email includes:

  • A link to download your certificate as a PDF

  • Your certification expiration date

  • An Add to Calendar button for your renewal reminder

⚠  Check your spam folder

If you do not see the email in your inbox within a few hours of class completion, check your Spam or Junk folder. Add noreply@cprenroll.com (or your training organization's sender address) to your contacts to prevent future emails from being filtered.

Step 2 — Download Your Certificate

  1. Open the completion email from your training organization.

  2. Click the Download Certificate button or link.

  3. Your certificate opens as a PDF in your browser.

  4. To save it: click the download icon in your PDF viewer, or right-click and select Save As, and save it to your device.

Step 3 — Contact Your Instructor if You Cannot Find It

If you cannot locate your certificate email or the link is no longer working:

  1. Contact the training organization directly using the contact information on the registration page where you signed up.

  2. Provide your full nameemail addresscourse name, and class date.

  3. The instructor or admin can re-send your certificate from their CPR Enroll+ dashboard.

Storing and Using Your Certificate

  • Save a digital copy to your phone's photos or cloud storage (Google Drive, iCloud, Dropbox) for easy access during employer verification or audits.

  • Note your expiration date — most CPR certifications are valid for 2 years. Set a calendar reminder 90 days before expiration to schedule your renewal class.

  • Forward to your employer — many healthcare, childcare, and fitness employers require a copy of your current CPR certification on file. Forward the email or attach the downloaded PDF.
