Accessing Your Digital Courseware

Modified on Thu, 21 May at 12:45 PM

Some CPR Enroll+ training programs include digital course materials — eLearning modules, study guides, or access codes for online platforms like AHA HeartCode. This guide explains how students access these materials after enrolling.

ℹ  For students

This article is written for students. Course materials, access codes, and digital products are controlled by your training organization, not CPR Enroll+ support directly. If you need help locating your materials, contact the training organization.

How Digital Materials Are Delivered

  • In your enrollment confirmation email — access codes (keycodes), eLearning links, and digital product download links are often included directly in the confirmation email sent when you enrolled.

  • In a follow-up email — some organizations send a separate email with course materials after enrollment is confirmed.

  • By your instructor — some organizations distribute access codes in person at the start of class.

Finding Your Access Code (Keycode)

  1. Check your enrollment confirmation email for a keycode or access code — it will be clearly labeled.

  2. If you did not receive a code, contact your training organization and provide your name, email, enrollment date, and course name.

  3. Use the code on the platform specified in the email (e.g., AHA's HeartCode portal, your organization's LMS, or another eLearning platform).

ℹ  Blended learning

If you are enrolled in a Blended class, your keycode gives you access to complete the online portion before the in-person skills session. Complete the online module before your scheduled class date — your instructor will expect this to be done in advance.

Accessing Add-On Digital Products

  1. If you purchased a digital add-on (eBook, study guide, digital manual) during enrollment, check your confirmation email for a download link or access instructions.

  2. If the product requires a separate platform login (e.g., a publisher website), the access instructions will be in your email.

  3. Contact the training organization if you do not receive access within 24 hours of enrollment.
