Instructor Store Promo Codes

Modified on Wed, 20 May at 5:51 AM

Promo Codes in CPR Enroll+ are discount codes that students and instructors can apply at checkout — either during class registration or when purchasing store products. You can create codes for flat dollar discounts or percentage discounts, with optional date ranges and usage limits to control how and when they are used.

Creating a Promo Code

  1. From the sidebar, go to Payments > Products > Store Coupons.

  2. Click + Create.

  3. Fill in the promo code details:

  • Code — the text the student types at checkout (e.g., "SAVE20" or "INSTRUCTOR10"). Make it memorable and easy to type.

  • Name — an internal label for your reference (students do not see this).

  • Type — choose Flat (fixed dollar discount, e.g., $10 off) or Percentage (e.g., 15% off).

  • Amount / Percentage — the discount value.

  • Start Date / End Date — optional date range for when the code is valid. Leave blank for no expiry.

  • Usage Limit — maximum number of times the code can be used in total. Leave blank for unlimited.

  • Apply to All Courses — toggle ON to apply the discount to all courses and store products, or leave OFF and select specific courses in the field that appears.

  • Multiple Use — toggle ON to allow the same student to use the code more than once.

  • Active — toggle ON to make the code live immediately.

  1. Click Save.

Sharing Promo Codes With Instructors

Instructor promo codes are particularly useful for:

  • Giving instructors a discount on store products they purchase for their own classes

  • Rewarding loyal instructors or top performers with reduced-price training materials

  • Creating an instructor-exclusive code for bulk material purchases

Tracking Promo Code Usage

  1. Go to Reports > Promo Code Report.

  2. Use the date range picker in the toolbar to filter usage by time period.

  3. The report shows how many times each code was used, the discount applied, and the total revenue impact.
