As part of our commitment to enhancing user experience, we're delighted to introduce a new feature that empowers administrators to send personalized invitation emails to students. This innovative capability allows students to effortlessly create their unique usernames and passwords, granting them seamless access to the comprehensive functionalities of CPR Enroll.
NOTE: The option within the Action column "Account Create Email" will ONLY appear for students that do not have a Username.
From the Launchpad, click People between Classes and Enrollment.
Select Students tab at the left of Clients.
Ensure Username field is empty.
Click on the three little dots.
Select Account Creation Email option to send an invitation email to a student to create a CPR Enroll account.
Click Yes in the "Are you sure" pop up box.
You should see a Success notification in the top right-hand corner.
With this advanced feature, your students are now equipped to create their personalized usernames and passwords, unlocking a world of convenience and efficiency within CPR Enroll. Embrace this enhancement in user engagement and administrative efficiency as you guide your students seamlessly through their CPR Enroll account creation process.
