Managing Jobs on the Board

The Jobs Board uses a Kanban-style view with three stages: POSTED (live, accepting applications/bids), APPLICATION RECEIVED (one or more instructors applied), and CLOSED (filled or cancelled). Use the status tabs at the top (AllOpenAppliedClosed) to filter the board, and the Filters button for additional criteria.

Applying to a Job (Instructor View)

  1. From the sidebar, click Jobs.

  2. Browse available postings and use filters to narrow by location, pay type, or discipline.

  3. Click on a job to view full details.

  4. Click Apply (or Submit Bid for Bid-type postings) to complete the application.
