The Jobs Board in CPR Enroll+ is a built-in hiring tool that lets training organizations post instructor job opportunities and instructors apply for or claim available classes. It is ideal for finding coverage when your regular instructor is unavailable, expanding into new areas, or building a roster of qualified instructors for recurring work.
Posting a New Job
From the sidebar, click Jobs.
Click the + NEW JOB card or the + button in the toolbar.
Fill in the job details:
Job Name — a clear, descriptive title (e.g., "BLS Instructor Needed — Houston, TX — June 15")
Classes — select from your scheduled classes that need instructor coverage (checkbox list)
Description — detailed description of the role, expectations, and any special requirements
Distribution — Internal (visible only to your organization's instructors) or External (visible to outside instructors on the platform)
Equipment Provided By — Instructor or Organization
Posting Type — Bid (instructors submit bids), Apply (instructors apply and you select), or Instant Hire (first applicant gets the job)
Pay Type — By Class, By Hour, or By Student
Click Save. The job appears on the Jobs Board in the Posted stage.

Managing Jobs on the Board
The Jobs Board uses a Kanban-style view with three stages:
Posted — job is live and accepting applications or bids
Application Received — one or more instructors have applied or submitted bids
Closed — job has been filled or cancelled
Use the toolbar buttons to switch between Board (Kanban), List (data table), and Map (geographic) views.
Filter jobs using the status tabs (All, Open, Applied, Closed), the time range dropdown, and the distance slider (0–2500 miles).
Applying to a Job (Instructor View)
Instructors with CPR Enroll+ portal access can browse and apply to external job postings:
From their dashboard, go to Jobs.
Browse available postings. Filter by distance, pay type, or discipline.
Click on a job to view full details.
Click Apply (or Submit Bid for Bid-type postings) and complete the application.
