Using the Group Training Tab in Share Registration

Modified on Mon, 6 Jul at 9:00 AM

The Share Registration feature gives you all the links and embed codes you need to share your class schedule. Access it from the Launchpad by clicking Share on the Share Registration card. From one modal, you can get links for your full class catalog, appointment booking, and group training, plus embeddable website widgets.

The Three Tabs

The Share Registration modal has three main tabs: Class Registration, Slot Registration, and Group Training. Each tab contains a Link sub-tab and an Embed Code sub-tab.

  • Class Registration: Options for sharing your full public class schedule, calendar, and list views.

  • Slot Registration: Provides a link for appointment-based booking, which is ideal for private sessions or flexible scheduling.

  • Group Training: Provides links and forms specifically designed for corporate and private group booking requests.

How to Share Your Group Training Registration

To find your corporate or private group training options, follow these steps:

1.Open Share Registration: Launchpad.

In the Launchpad, locate the Share Registration Card and click the Share button next to it.

2.Navigate to Group Training: Modal View.

When the Share Registration pop-up appears, click the Group Training tab (the third main tab at the top).

3.Copy and Share the Inquiry Link: Link Sub-tab.

Under the Link sub-tab, you will find the Group Training Inquiry Form. Click the Copy Link button to copy a standalone URL. Share this directly with prospects so corporate clients or organizations can submit private training requests.

4.Generate Website Embed Codes: Embed Code Sub-tab.

If you prefer to host the form directly on your own website, click the Embed Code sub-tab. From there, you can copy the specific widget type that matches your website's setup.

Available Embed Code Styles

When embedding the Group Training inquiry form onto your website, you can select from three different code formats depending on your technical setup:

  • iFrame Embed Code: The standard, universally compatible option that displays the form in an isolated window on your page.

  • Script Embed Code: A dynamic script option designed for fast loading and seamless modern web integration.
