What Browsers do you need to use your Account

CPR Enroll+ is a modern web application built as a Single-Page Application (SPA). The admin dashboard at dashboard.cprenroll.com and the student registration pages at classes.cprenroll.com both require a current, JavaScript-enabled web browser to function correctly.


Supported Browsers — Admin Dashboard

For the best experience managing your account, use one of the following browsers on a desktop or laptop computer:

⚠  Internet Explorer is not supported

Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE 11 and below) is not supported and will not render the dashboard correctly. Use Microsoft Edge instead.


Mobile Browsers — Admin Dashboard

The admin dashboard at dashboard.cprenroll.com is optimised for desktop and laptop screens. While it may load on a mobile browser, some features (tables, forms, and multi-column layouts) are difficult to use on small screens. We recommend managing your account on a desktop or laptop for the best experience.

Mobile Browsers — Student Registration Pages

The student-facing registration pages at classes.cprenroll.com are fully mobile-responsive. Students can browse classes, register, and pay on any modern smartphone or tablet browser without any issues. The embedded registration widget also auto-adjusts to the container width on mobile.

Required Browser Settings

  • JavaScript must be enabled. CPR Enroll+ is a SPA — it loads and renders entirely through JavaScript. If JavaScript is disabled in your browser, you will see a blank screen or an "Initializing..." message and the app will not load.

  • Cookies must be enabled. The platform uses session cookies to keep you logged in.

  • Pop-up blocker: Some browsers block the Stripe payment window as a pop-up. If students report that the payment window does not open, advise them to allow pop-ups for classes.cprenroll.com.


Troubleshooting a Blank or Frozen Screen

  1. Press Ctrl+Shift+R (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+R (Mac) to do a hard refresh and clear the browser cache.

  2. Try opening the dashboard in an Incognito / Private browsing window to rule out a cached session issue.

  3. If the problem persists, try a different supported browser.

  4. Contact support at support@cprenroll.com if the issue continues.
