Custom Registration Questions let you collect additional information from students during enrollment — employer name, employee ID, dietary needs, waiver confirmation, or anything else your training programme requires. Questions can be required or optional and can apply to all courses or specific ones.
Creating a Question
From the sidebar, go to Enrollments.
In the Enrollments section sidebar, click Enrollment Settings.
Click the Registration Questions tab.
Click + Add Question.
Select a Question Type:
Text Box — open-ended short text
Radio Buttons — single choice from a list
Checkboxes — multi-select from a list
Dropdown — single choice from a dropdown
File Upload — student uploads a document
Enter the Question Text.
Set Max Input Length for text box questions if needed.
Toggle Required ON if the student must answer before completing registration.
Toggle Active ON to make the question live.
In Apply to Courses, select specific courses or leave blank to apply to all.
Click Save.


Viewing Student Answers
Go to Enrollments > List view.
Click an individual enrollment to open its detail view.
Custom question answers appear alongside the standard enrollment fields.
