How to Set Course Images and Cover Images

Modified on Tue, 23 Jun at 12:00 PM

Every course in CPR Enroll+ has two distinct image slots: a Course Image that appears in listings and search results, and a Cover Image that spans the top of the public class registration page. This article walks you through setting or updating both.

ℹ  Before you begin: you need Administrator access to reach Course Builder.

Step 1 — Open Course Builder

From the left sidebar, click Administration to expand the section, then click Course Builder. The Courses list opens by default.

Step 2 — Open a Course for Editing

Locate the course you want to update. Click the  (three-dot) menu at the right end of the course row. From the dropdown, click Edit. The Update Course modal opens.

Step 3 — Set the Course Image

  1. Scroll down inside the Update Course modal until you see the Course Image: field.

  2. Recommended size: 322 × 220 px. This image appears in course listings and search results.

  3. Click the upload area or drag an image file onto it to replace the current image.

Step 4 — Set the Cover Image

  1. Directly below the Course Image field, find the Cover Image: field.

  2. Recommended size: 1358 × 570 px. This wide banner image appears at the top of your public class registration page.

  3. Click the upload area or drag an image file onto it to replace the current image.

Step 5 — Save Your Changes

Scroll to the bottom of the modal and click the green Update button. Your images are saved immediately and will appear on the course listing and registration page.

Tips

  • Use a high-resolution source file. The app will scale it down, but a low-resolution original will look blurry.

  • The Cover Image is wide and short (roughly 2.4:1 ratio) — landscape photos and branded banners work best.

  • If you leave a field empty, no image will appear in that slot.
