Class Paperwork in CPR Enroll+ refers to skills testing documentation — the forms used to record each student's performance during a hands-on skills assessment. Generating paperwork directly from a class creates individual documents for each enrolled student and initiates a review and approval workflow. Completed, approved paperwork is stored for compliance and audit purposes.
Prerequisites for Generating Paperwork
The class must have enrolled students
At least one Paperwork Template must be configured for the associated course (import one from the Marketplace > Paperwork Templates, or go to Administration > Course Builder)
The user generating paperwork must have appropriate permissions (Settings > Permissions)
Step 1 — Generate Paperwork for a Class
Go to Classes in the sidebar.
Find the class for which you want to generate paperwork.
Click ⋮ > Generate Class Paperwork on the class row.
Select the Page Orientation — Portrait (vertical, default) or Landscape (horizontal; better for wide tables and multi-column forms).
Click Generate. CPR Enroll+ creates an individual paperwork document for each enrolled student.
The generated documents appear in Administration > Submitted Paperwork.

Step 2 — Review and Approve Paperwork
Go to Administration > Submitted Paperwork.
Find the paperwork submission for this class (filter by class name, instructor, or date if needed).
Open the document to review the skills assessment data.
Set the status to:
Approved — skills testing is complete and acceptable
Rejected — skills testing needs to be redone or has errors
Submitted — received but not yet reviewed (default state)
Click Save to update the paperwork status.

Viewing Approved Paperwork
All approved paperwork appears in Reports > Approved Paperwork — this is the primary compliance report for skills testing records. Filter by date range, instructor, course, or discipline for audit-ready exports.

Viewing Class Documents
To view documents attached to a specific class:
Click ⋮ > View Details on the class row.
In the class detail view, navigate to the Documents section.
PDF and DOCX documents can be viewed inline or downloaded.
