Selecting your Time Zone

Modified on Mon, 11 May at 11:22 AM

Setting the correct time zone in CPR Enroll+ is critical for class scheduling accuracy. If your time zone is set incorrectly, class times will display incorrectly on student registration pages and in email confirmations, leading to missed classes and student frustration. Set your time zone before scheduling your first class.

Setting the Account-Level Time Zone

  1. From the sidebar, go to Settings > Business Profile.

  2. Scroll to the Business Info section.

  3. Open the Timezone dropdown. CPR Enroll+ provides over 140 timezone options covering all major world timezones.

  4. Select your correct timezone (e.g., America/NewYork for Eastern, America/Chicago for Central, America/Denver for Mountain, America/LosAngeles for Pacific).

  5. Click Save in the Business Info card.

Setting Time Zones on Individual Locations

Each location in CPR Enroll+ also has its own timezone setting, which takes priority over the account-level setting for classes at that location. This is useful if you manage locations across multiple time zones.

  1. Go to Administration > Course Builder > Locations.

  2. Click the  menu on a location and select Edit.

  3. In the Primary Timezone field, select the correct timezone for that location.

  4. Physical locations also support a Secondary Timezone — useful for locations near a timezone border.

  5. Click Save.

✔  Which timezone displays on the registration page?

The class timezone is shown on your student registration pages so students see the correct local time. Always verify the timezone on a test class before publishing it.

Changing the Timezone on an Existing Class

If you realise you have scheduled classes with the wrong timezone, edit the individual class:

  1. Go to Classes in the sidebar.

  2. Click ⋮ > Edit on the affected class.

  3. In the Timings section, update the Timezone field.

  4. Click Save. Enrolled students do not receive automatic notification of timezone changes — consider sending a manual communication if there are active enrollments.
